Connection diagnostics

Native bridge fails: enable external tools in Xcode, check the selected Xcode.app, save the project and inspect the Mac app's Diagnostics. A Terminal success does not prove App Sandbox access.

Cloud offline: verify https://xcode-relay.txyou.com/health, your account and outbound HTTPS/WebSocket connectivity. No inbound port or cloudflared is needed.

Tools missing: approve the discovered native contracts locally, check permission scopes and refresh tools in your MCP client.

Image is only a path: use the Mac app to grant a narrow image-output folder or file access. Never grant the entire home folder to solve this.

Unknown operation: inspect Xcode and local Activity. Do not repeat a mutation with a new request identity.
